What Really Happened in Orlando?

Unless you've been living in a bomb shelter hiding from zombies (which at this point you may be better off), you've heard that 50 people were brutally murdered at Pulse Night Club in Orlando.

So what really happened?

Did a member of Isis follow-through on a terrorist attack that he was assigned to commit in the name of Allah and Islam?

Did we find a new reason to regulate guns, most notably automatic weapons?

Did we find a new reason to hate foreigners and push immigration reform?

Nope.

This is what happened......

Some spiteful sociopath lost his mind and used a AR-15 to heartlessly kill and destroy 50 people (or more) and their families forever.

This wasn't a terrorist attack, this has nothing to do with the middle-east or any religion. As a matter of fact, the media is almost as bad as the gunman was, for using this tragedy to create and perpetuate stories so that you'll tune into their programming, this raises their Nielsen ratings, which the media uses to raise the price on the advertising they display, earning them billions.

Also...fuck the sociology class you took in college, fuck the YouTube videos you watch, fuck whatever article you read about the bullshit first-person accounts, and fuck any opinion you have about "where the country should go from here," people who do that are freely exposing that they can be swayed by a spineless prick.

Furthermore......

Drugs are illegal, does that stop them? Rape is illegal, does that stop people from committing it? No it doesn't. Stronger gun regulations won't stop anything.

36 other people were shot and killed on June 10th across the United States, as a matter of fact around, 112 people are killed by gunfire every 24 hours in the United States, but until there is a mass shooting,it seems like people don't give a shit (The Joker was right).

First off, automatic guns ARE mostly illegal, and there are already stacks of heavy laws and minimum sentences (20 years in Florida) for possessing an automatic weapon unless you've gone through the necessary channels, and it is not an easy task, if you so much as have a parking ticket on your record, you'll likely be denied, they even run a psychological test, but I suppose all you gun-hating liberals already knew that.

There are 15 guns for every one person on the planet, good luck regulating that shit to where it makes a difference in today's society.

We live in a crime filled world, be vigilant and protect each other. But don't let these ideas ruin your faith in society.

My most heartfelt condolences to the victims and their families. -EE

  3. You're not being a dick, I always like your inciteful opinion, the fact is, no one really knows, so why get all bent outta shape to the point where people want to change laws.

  4. AR-15 and mental heath is the reason these mass shootings happens. Regulate the mental people and stop selling Ar-15 problem will not be solved but will be less inocent people slaughtered

  6. banning a particular weapon won't stop anyone... many AR-15 owners are felons who bought stolen guns. There are so many ways this could have happened..for example, if someone came into a night club with twin semi-automatic Glock .380s, each equipped with a drum clips (50 rounds each), they could have shot more than the gunmen in Orlando, my point is, is that ANY gun is capable of violence, but it is necessary to protect your home.
